2017 Year in Review — ProofHub
We have been doing some great work!
We are now a month into 2018, up with new plans, new goals and strategies to reach a level up. 2017 was a strong year for ProofHub. We have been happily proofHub-ing and many companies have started using ProofHub as a project management solution to properly manage their projects. During the year, we have seen growing number of partners and we are optimist that 2018 will be a stronger year ahead.
Let’s have a recap of the year since a lot of you do not know about how we did. Everyday we are building our product and see the product reaching a large number of customers. Here is a look at few of our favorite accomplishments of 2017.
“Adopt a New tool to manage this year better- try ProofHub!”
ProofHub new releases and features
ProofHub has helped 89% of users to control their projects better. And 3/4th of our users said that ProofHub helped them reduce their workload to a large extent. We are always striving to give a world-class experience that can help in delivering successful projects.
The previous year we have made a lot of new updates to ProofHub web and ProofHub mobile ro enhance the functionalities. Here’s is a review of our long list of new major updates:
ProofHub WEB
Last year ProofHub released the API of ProofHub Bolt. Available at: https://github.com/ProofHub/api_v3. We also introduced Trash Can for new users and introduced inline editing in the application. Now you can edit task title or description, topic name, notebook or note name etc., with a single click. You can easily recover any mistakenly deleted projects, files etc., from Trash. ProofHub Notes can be used for a lot more than simple note-taking. You can capture your ideas, random thoughts, finalized plans, and other important project information in them. Now users can reply via email — Proof comments and email back to proofing emails to post comments in ProofHub. Introduced file sharing in chat.
ProofHub MOBILE
ProofHub updated it’s mobile features to make it easy for users to create tasks during morning commute. We have rolled out some new updates to ProofHub mobile to make things on the go. In 2017 we released iOS app and the updated version of Android app for ProofHub Bolt. Added the “Copy email-in address” option in Discussions, Tasks, and Files section. So you can easily post comments, add tasks, and upload files via email. Now, you can associate workflow with the task list and move tasks between different stages of the workflow. Introduced file sharing in chat.

ProofHub got a score of 7.6 out of 10 and a near perfect user satisfaction rating of 99%. ProofHub is also recommended in FinancesOnline what is collaboration software guide, joining other well-established products in the market.
Moreover, the support team at ProofHub has always been a backbone of support for our customers. Our customers trust us on perfect solution for their unique needs. In 2017 as well, support team has received accolades for providing excellent services with 5 star rating for demo and outstanding support, both over the call and live chat.
All these achievements helped us gather a good number of new customers and big clients. When bragging our achievements, we see more and more traffic connecting with us to use our services. As compared to our number last year, 2017 has seen a growth of 60% in terms of signups and traffic and it makes us really proud! We are looking forward to continually grow the percent every year.
