Now take a quick glance of your tasks for today, tomorrow and next…

So, one question every manager is asked every morning — “What am I supposed to work on today?” You, as a manager, would be expected to answer this question. Skimming through a long list of emails and scanning your notepad to fetch tasks for individual employees can be cumbersome and time consuming. And, even if you prepare an online task list and share it with your team members, things might not settle well.

Why? let’s think a step further.

What if the to-do list that you made and shared is seemingly endless? And, there is no way for your team members to fetch tasks they’re supposed to do in the current day, other than manually scrolling through all the list and wasting their precious time.

How annoying it would be for your team to start work after all their productivity has been distracted and gulped out. And, what if they worked hard all day and at the end find that the tasks they have completed were of lesser priority, and that important tasks have remained unaccomplished. A sheer wastage of time and energy, isn’t it!

Do you face such situations?

How ProofHub helps you overcome such situations?

Make all to-do’s in ProofHub yours and your teams’ first stop in the morning, so that they know what all they have up their sleeve for that particular day.

In the all to-do’s section, by default, you will see the list of to-do’s that need to be worked upon in the present day. Further, you can choose to view tasks that are to be acted upon tomorrow, in the present week, in the next week, or later.

A task that appears in your to-do list for the current day, can be a task:

  • which is to be started today
  • which is to be delivered, done or completed today
  • which is overdue and has not been completed yet
  • which has been started already and has a due date in the coming time

On the similar lines, you can select filters to see tasks for tomorrow, in the present week, next week and later.

So there’s never a confusion or question about what needs to be done in a particular day, which is ultimately beneficial for you and your teammates. Improving your productivity at work doesn’t ends here, check out what’s more, new and upcoming in ProofHub.
