Pick a Time to Meet That Works for as Many Attendees as Possible

The larger the meeting, the harder it is to find a time that works for all. Be mindful of your attendees’ schedules by selecting a time that works for as many people as you can. Google Calendar has a built-in feature called “Find a Time” that will let you see other peoples’ schedules. Send an Invite and an Agenda

Wait for Everyone to Arrive

Not everyone will arrive exactly on time in a virtual setting — and that’s okay. Give people a few minutes of buffer time to join before diving right into your materials.

Set the Meeting Tone

As the organizer, you should set an inviting and positive atmosphere for your attendees. Gauge everyone’s moods and feel free to have an icebreaker session before diving into your agenda.

Be Attentive

Speak Slowly and Clearly
